The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive hunter who finds and secures new business opportunities with our current partners and by identifying and onboarding new partners. Experience in AV distribution in both residential and the resimercial markets is important to the role, as well as a strong track record in working with AV and Electronics Distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the residential and resimercial markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales through existing and new distribution partners. This includes the ability to execute training programs for new and existing customers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to exceed sales goals.
- Introduce and promote a new range of products, ensuring strong market penetration and brand recognition.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key distribution partners to maximize business growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, adjusting and communicating strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the residential and resimerial market, with a strong focus on distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and achieving sales growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The job will be remote, but travel will be required.
